Guuuuys I have a question. So, I made this fanart of Kuroshitsuji and I wanted to submit it here in Deviant Art, but first I wanted to take a look on the site's rules because, well... It IS for mature audience. Is a SebastianxCiel fanart. Now, I read the rules and I found that Deviant Art has very strict policies about what is permited or not in sexual matter. And I found out, to my dissappointment that "child porn" will NOT, under ANY circumstances be tolerated in the site. Now, the drawing itself doesn't show genitalia. It's not explicit when it comes to private parts, but it IS clearly sexual. Considering Ciel not only is underage, but he's about 12, and Sebastian is... I don't know how old he really is, but at least hee's assumed to be an older male, and Ciel is definitely depicted in my fanart in a sexual way... I thought I may had trouble with the site staff If I submit it here in DA..... Which is pretty upsetting to me, because I'm quite proud of it! So... what do you guys think?? what should I do!!

Is shotacon (an actual thing) permitted or does it count as child porn as well?

In my opinion, I think you should not post it if dA says it's not appropriate. I would post it somewhere else, like tumblr, or Instagram or some other social media. If dA says no to it, then let's not risk it.
